All products on the on-line store are produced at our farms in Fauqiuer County, Virginia and are only available to our members. This season marks the first time we are offering milk products, especially creamline milk which we believe to be the most natural and highest quality milk anywhere. We pasteurize the milk at low temperature to insure its natural taste and naturally occuring lactobacillus are still there. This is the only milk to make yogurt or cheese from, but it also is good in your coffee. All our products are certified organic with the exception of some of our beef which is produced on our organic farms but the animals were born on the land before it was certified. Our vegetable CSA is our core offering for almost 5 years now. Our vegetables are picked the day before delivery in most cases so they are of the best quality. Our eggs are natural, with our chickens running around the compost area eating bugs for most of their nutrition, making our eggs of EXCEPTIONAL quality.If you are concerned about your carbon footprint, we are careful stewards of not just our farms but the planet. We use the most efficient methods to produce our products and we drive them in our Sprinter delivery vans directly from where they are produced to you in Northern Virginia. We pride ourselves on this efficiency.
