Beef

Ground beef from our organic farms. Current animals going to slaughter are NOT certified organic as they lived on our land before certification. On the other hand we can call them natural. We feed them organic grass and grass hay and sometimes up to 7 lbs organic corn/flax mix a day if they are with the dairy animals. All our animals spend their lives on grass in the sun. None receive any anti-biotics. The meat is extra juicy and has a nutty flavor compared to CAFO beef.
